If you are talking about the chat box, just change the embed size you have in your code to 310px wide.

If you are talking about your mortgage calculator, that NEEDS to be in a full-width sidebar widget. Removing a border will look ok in FIrefox, but on IE & some of the other browsers it will not render correctly.

You need to look at each area you are placing something as a box and you are placing another item in it that is also a box, but you CAN'T put a bigger box inside of a smaller one. It causes rendering problems.
