It's still there: http://neonlimelight.com/feed/. There's a plugin to for redirecting everything to Feedburner, but I'm not sure that will cut your GPU. Even a redirect is a hit.

Did you have this much traffic with your old layout? I think your problems may be traffic related, not layout related.

Find a way to make more money with the extra traffic. Sometimes it is more profitable to increase revenue than to cut expenses. $100 for each 1000 GPUs is steep and you may need to rethink your hosting, but you should be able to increase your sales with all that traffic. And finding ways to make another $100 is a lot more fun than trying to cut services to your customers.
