you would define each one as a page template
http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Creati ... _Templates

so put this at the top with a unique identifier like p1, p2

<?php
/*
Template Name: P1
*/
?>

then save as p1.php upload to your site and when creating Player 1's page choose p1 as your template.

if you are going to have a large number of pages to exclude you might want to go the plugin route
