Has anyone seen this and understand how to implement it in a Revolution theme?

http://developers.facebook.com/setup.php Upload the xd_receiver.htm file to your website In order for XXXXXX to communicate efficiently with our servers, you need to upload a small file to your site. This will ensure Facebook Connect works across all browsers and loads more quickly. Can someone help me understand where I should upload and place the file to make this work properly within a Revolution theme?

It has nothing to do with the Theme.
You need to place their file in what ever directory you have WordPress installed in, usually that is your ROOT directory on your Host domain. Ask your Hosting service if you still don't understand.
