Ok Rebecca, thanks for the quick help as that pretty much hooked it all up.

Setup one feed for my feedburner email updates
Setup one feed for my RSS updates (comments?)
Installed plugin and did both the feedburner part and the comments part

Poof, all set and I guess they all get pushed through where I can track stats.
