No Theme Support for Executive?

Default No Theme Support for Executive?
I did not see the Executive theme support area as the other themes have.

The issue I currently have is not being about to get additional pages across the bottom (in the blue area). How do I get content in the blue space?

I am a registered member and can see all the theme support forums for each theme. There is not a forum for the Executive theme.
