How to make my feed show up in my nav bar

Where would I need to put my code to make my feed button show up in my nav bar like on this website http://katykool.com. I know it would be under nav but where exactly. Thanks

You'll need to create two new divs, navbarleft and navbarright. Set the widths as you need them and navbar left to float left and navbarright to float right. Then place your icons into navbarright.
