Responsive design

I am currently building a number of websites based on the Education theme and because many uses will require access from their mobile devices the theme really does need these features. I did take this up in a previous email, but was given no commitment as to the future direction of the theme for responsive devices. Both of my current sites either have Moodle or Chamilo (learning management software) and are both now responsive.. We do really need to know what is happening to this theme as we do not want to invest a huge amount of time on a theme which is stuck in the past...pity, as it is a great theme for our school. We would really appreciate a yes/no answer on this one and if yes, when. Then we can either stay with Studiopress knowing that they support all their themes for future upgrades or look for an alternative........thanks for your consideration
