Trouble uninstalling Zopim chat -cannot find header / footer entry

Hi,

I am using Delicious theme, but this post is going into this forum since it seems unrelated to the theme...

I installed Zopim Chat via their WP plugin. I deativated it and removed it using WP admin panel. I cleared the cache but the little bugger (invitation to chat) still pops up. Zopim tech support says I need to edit my theme header or footer files. Can someone point me in the right direction? I looked in simple hooks sections and saw nothing. Same for Delicious functions.php. Their installation did not require any manual steps. It just inserted itself where it thought it belonged. I tried snooping around with firebug but couldl not tell where the code was coming from. The site is acmepos.com. The orange Zopim chat dialog pops up on the bottom of the page.
