Add a twitter button

So, I try to speak English. I'm a new user of Streamilne, and when I visit a french website , you can see a twitter button on the top of the page just near the RSS feed.
But, if I use the editor in wordpress I don't find the php page with the RSS html code.

Can you help me ?
