Started with a phantom page now change all URL's?

In order to set up our new site we built everything on a .info url while our .com ran on old content. Once the Agent theme was up and running on the .info site we just dumped the old content and pointed the .com to the .info. Now, though, we're wondering IF we should (for the sake of our customers' loading speed, lack of confusion on seeing two urls, etc.) change everything over to the .com side.

If so...how?

We've talked to a lot of people who have varying answers, most though, just don't know. Please help!
