Generate theme - how customze top box (Generate box)

Hi, I recently set up Personal Branding UK on WordPress (migrated from Drupal).

I'm with Aweber for email marketing and I'm trying to customize the top Generate box to look similar to Chris Brogan's site.

I've managed to put a web form in there (Aweber) but not sure how customize things - can you please give me a few hinters?
