I need a good live chat plug in

Does anyone know of a live chat plug in that they really like? I've seen Shoutbox, but it appears that the visitor would enter a chat room, so it would be a public chat. I was hoping to find a plug in where the live chat would be a one on one chat.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great.
