Permalink and SEO

Hi all,

I'm moving my blog to Genesis and I would like to adopt a new Permalink structure, however changing the permalink structure to my (many) old posts would have a bad SEO impact...
Is there a way I can keep the current permalink structure for old posts and apply the new permalink structure only to future posts?
