Attaching a post to a blog page

Hiya.

Okay im a bit stuck..again lol im creating a blog as part of my website so i created a page called blog then i went and created a post (lets say its called blahblah) and i want to attach that post to the blog page so some of it comes up but i cant seem to do it any advice?
