E-Blast Plugin Suggestion Needed....

I am currently designing a site where the client needs an e-blast solution. I have found a really good Newsletter plugin where I can create, send and track newsletters but I cannot find an e-blast solution.

I am thinking that the Newsletter solution could probably work for e-blasts as well but I don't really know the ins and outs of e-mail marketing campaigns as i've never used any of the services available.

The client does not want to use Mail Chimp, Constant Contacts, etc.

Any suggestions you can give would be great!
