Community-Generated Website Help

Hey all!

I am working on a new project that needs to involve the following:

• standard Wordpress tools like pages, posts
• the ability for users to sign up and create profiles
• the ability for users to upload photos and videos
• the ability for users to create blog posts
• the ability for users to easily share all content on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites
• a forum

I have a lot of experience creating standard websites and blogs, but I've never had to try and involved all of the user-generated content.

Could any of you advise me on which Genesis child themes might be the best to use at the start AND what plugins/tools can help me build what I need? I do have access to Web development help, although they're not as familiar with Wordpress as other platforms.
