Default Integrate CSS "Grid System" into a WP Theme

Hello Everyone,
I'm sure that everyone here has used, or at least seen some sort of CSS Grid System implemented into a website. I recently did a static website, and my employer asked me to use the CSS Blueprint for this website. I fell in love, It made things so much easier and more efficient.

My first question is, what CSS Grid System do you guys recommend for coding WordPress themes in general, then for the Genesis Framework in specific. Next is how do I implement it, at first I thought his pretty simple to do, but then I realized that by having different page templates, it could prove to be qutie the problem (i.e., how would I code the CSS file to have a sidebar left, right, two sidebar, or full width template?)

Thanks for your input,
Zach Russell
