All in One SEO -v- Headspace2

I had downloaded and started to use the all in one seo plugin, but somebody said I should use Headspace2 as it was better.

What are your thoughts? Is it just a matter of personal Preference?

I have to say I think I prefer using AIO seo, especially as it has a keyword facility (yeah I know, some believe they're not necessary :D )
