Pasted content from either notepad or word format issue

When I paste from notepad or word using the special word paste function I loose all font formatting and ONLY Times New Roman appears. I'm using Wordpress 3.3.2. Bullet points, tables and such are pasted but only in Times New Roman font regardless of the font I wanted to paste. I cannot put any other font on my website. I'm using Outreach Theme.

Can you help. Thanks.
