RSS Feed not displaying

Hello there!

My website: http://www.emergenetwork.org/main

I would like to add the RSS feed address: feed://theemergenetwork.ning.com/forum? ... xn_auth=no

I used the RSS widget in the Church Theme, to display in the front page sidebar, just below "recent posts". But everytime I save it and publish... the homepage doesn't display it.

Please help..:)
