Default Navigation Bar Links with Submenus

Hi,

In the navigational bar, if an entry has sub-menus beneath it, would there be a way to suppress the main entry in functioning as a hypertext link?

The thing is, I would like to use the main navigational bar entry only as a way to group together the sub-menu entries. And then I want only the sub-menu entries to function as the normal link to a particular page.

Is there a way around this? Hopefully a not so complicated one?

Thanks.

-Erik
