Default Transition from hacked non-Genesis to Genesis

Looking for restoration plan to recover a non-Genesis site. The site had been compromised with the timthumb plugin.

I've got the wp-content folder and subfolders.

I've got the SQL tables using phpMyAdmin.

Basically I want to do a complete, clean WP & Genesis install after flushing all directories and deleting the database and then restore JUST posts and images, with their original post dates & URLs.

There was only one user: admin.

About 40 posts in all.

Is there a way to do batch posting so that the wp_term* tables are the same?
