Spam Issue on Site

I've got my site up and running but the main problem is spam. It's getting ridiculous now.

Since posting with the word "penis" in the title it's been like a detonator for all the spam messages I get. It's not even that genre of post, it's in a different context.

Is there anyway I can get ridd or at least slow down this spam issue?
