Downloads Plugin Research

Hello StudioPress Users,

I am working on a project with a client and they are looking for a way to track by username who & when someone downloads a blank medical form. I have looked at wordpress-download-manager-pro and this does do this in a round about way, but I wondered if anyone knew of another plugin for the same task. Also This client is looking to setup over 700 users in Wordpress OMG!

Any Help Is Most Appreciated!!
