SEO Settings Custom Posts

Hi

The Gemesis Theme SEO Settings box does not appear on my individual custom post types (ok for regualar posts and pages).

Can't find anywhere to turn it on - there's not even a box to tick in the Screen Options panel.

How can I enable this box on my custom post types and set the title/description for individual custom posts.
