Navigation Menu Not Linking To Listings

Navigation Menu Not Linking To Listings

My side menu is working fine, when clicked on certain items it goes to my properties that are within the criteria... but when I click on the top navigation menu items, go to the drop down selection and click on one of them it goes to a page where its just the title and everything else around it, not the results that show up like in the other one automatically... Thank you for your help in advance.
