Suggestion for the listing posts

I understand the need to remove the comments when you post a listing...

What I would suggest is replacing it with a form to request infomation on the listing they are looking at. I have searched for a form that would send the details of the property along with the prospects info, but have had no success. If anyone has done this successfully, I would like to ask if you share the code or plugin.
