Jquery Version: 0.9 in Wordpress 2.8 aligns left

Hi,

I have Jquery Version: 0.9 in Wordpress 2.8 and it currently is causing my site to align left.

I have tried to make adjustments as per some recommendations in other posts, but I think the Jquery was for previous versions.

Here is the jquery css link:

Any help would be appreciated!
