Theme not showing up - am bewildered

Theme not showing up - am bewildered

I tried to change my theme to a genesis one and neither one is showing up now. I upgraded to the latest wp 3.3.2 and have the latest 1.8.1 Genesis theme.

Something is broken but I can't work out what.

I did disable all the plugins and it didn't make a difference.
