Images don't appear on main page in Charred Theme

Hi. We're having an issue with the Charred Theme, site is at http://www.vandyradio.com. The issue is that when we post an image in a post it will not appear on the main page but does appear if you click the post and view it separately. Can you please advise on a fix for this.
