Help Genesis Update Hosed our Site

We tried updating a client website to the latest Genesis framework but it through an error message and now we can't get into the site at all. We can't get to the wp-admin login and when you visit the site it gives the below error message.

I have another install of wordpress with Genesis and child theme installed on http://athleteoptimization.com/blog/ which works fine and udpated fine.

Anyone seen this error message before or how I can fix it??
