1.8.1 Redirect Loop Error

Hello,

I just upgraded my Framework to 1.8.1 and am now receiving a redirect loop notice in Chrome. My website will not open in any browser

I have:

- cleared my cookies and confirmed 3rd party cookies are allowed
- reset my permalink structure and deleted my htaccess file

Still not working, any help greatly appreciated!!
