How do I remove the "[" from "[...]" in the Continue Reading?

Default How do I remove the "[" from "[...]" in the Continue Reading?
I have abbreviated posts going on Vintage here:
http://stowedstuff.com/

It looks a bit off to have [...] followed by [Continue Reading]. What I'd like to do is take off the [ from the [...] leaving just ...

This blog is on Genesis and does it:

I have looked both in the Post teaser php and the theme php and can't find it. Where/how do I change that?
