How Do I Get Rid Of the 468x60 Box In The Header?

Default How Do I Get Rid Of the 468x60 Box In The Header?
I did a search in the forum before posting this query, and the answer another user was given was to replace header.png.

I've done that, but the 468x60 ad box still overlays (partially occludes) my new header.png image.

I'd like to get rid of the 468x60 ad box altogether.
