No support?

I'm trying to find support for non-genesis themes. Have you got rid of it altogether? I don't really understand how I could easily upgrade to Genesis given that my designer has customised my template. It would involve re-doing it all over again, which I can't afford.

Are you no longer supporting people who have paid for the Themes package but can't use Genesis?
