Default where to get emergency support for "ON DEMAND" theme?

where to get emergency support for "ON DEMAND" theme?

my web designer is on vacation and my site that uses the "ON DEMAND" theme that he modified slightly is not working properly suddenly... i copied pasted a strange character from a word processor into the "appearance" editor of "ON DEMAND" and now nothing really works right and i can't manage/update/change the "ON DEMAND" settings...

help needed ASAP.

P.S. I'm looking in the database and I can't find where the data is held for the "ON DEMAND" custom additions to the wordpress base... can anyone tell me where this data is stored?
