I Need Help Fixing Full-Width Header

Total Novice Question:

I followed the directions in the tutorial for constructing a full-width header, and it almost worked ... but not quite.

I still have a region in the rightmost region of the header which is separated from the leftmost region by a vertical line, repeats/mirrors a portion of the header image, and (unlike the leftmost portion) is not associated with any link.
