Footer Error Message

I have the following showing at the bottom of my website www.abathletics.com:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _1974042708() (previously declared in /home/abathl5/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/footer.php:32) in /home/abathl5/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/footer.php on line 35

Also, when I try to get into wp-admin, I have the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '"', expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/abathl5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.15.P/includes/functions/email.php on line 195

Just updated to Genesis 1.8.1... the following was from the style.css file which I just downloaded via FTP.

Also experiencing issues as TewksBaseball.com where I had an error message from Gravity Forms. I deleted the plugin and everything went back to normal. Tried the same at the abathletics.com site but still having issues.
