Clicking on Image in Gallery Appears as a Post

Clicking on Image in Gallery Appears as a Post

One of the images in our picture gallery says the date it was added and "admin" at the top and "Filed Under" at the bottom of the image when you click to view it. None of the other images do this. We've tried to delete the image and upload it back in to the Gallery and it still does this. Any ideas? The image is the one that has "667" with the red and the yellow.
