Well I did the update to WP2.8 and did the same SP3.0. I'm loving some new options available.
I've had a few .css problems that worked well with 2.7. I'm trying to remove 1 of the 4 footers (three displayed instead of four) I did as suggested in other forum - drag drop text over to footer 4 in sidebar. And it blanked out the footer do not wish to see, leaving the option to widgetize it later. However in doing the change on the footers, I've gone to style.css and edited the width to be: footer1 { width: 300px; float: left; margin: 0px; padding: 20px 20px 5px 0px; } .footer2 { width: 300px; float: left; margin: 0px; padding: 20px 20px 5px 0px; } .footer3 { width: 300px; float: left; margin: 0px; padding: 20px 20px 5px 0px; } .footer4 { width: 220px; float: right;margin: 0px; padding: 20px 0px 5px 0px; } Which worked great in my other site. (I'm trying to match sister sites.) but that didn't work. So I went to delete footer.php and the footer4. Any thoughts? I'm only getting about 30 mins to work sites at a time-enough to find problems, but not solve! ~Thanks!
