Small Navigator Bar

Hello my friends,

I can't reconcile the small navi bar of Streamline with the structure of my prior theme.

1. Can I displace the search bar to drop below the navi bar in Streamline, yielding me space for two more links

1. If not, is there a way for me to transplant the format of my old navi (from the arras theme) into Streamline? I'd actually love to bring the font over from the arras navi as well.
