Exclude Posts from Category

Hello everybody,

how can I achieve that only specific posts are showed in the category?
What php-line do I need to do this?

To explain:
When a Post is showed in its sub-category, I don't want it to be also showed in it's category.
So I need a php-line which allows me to exlude specific posts from beeing shown in the category.

I did not find anything about yet, so I hope you can help me!
