Access to blog denied

Hello,

I've been trying to log on my blog but it seems it doesn't work any more. I tried to change the password and I didn't receive any mail from WordPress in my gmail account.

I also tried to do it as written here (http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password) but I don't know where I could go to the Admin panel and then to USERS if I can't log in.

Can anyone help me asap, pls?
