3 Customization Questions

Excuse me if this has already been answered, I have searched and could not find my answer.

I am having trouble changing the background img. The normal color is white but every time I try to change it something messes up and cause my background to merge with my content or just not show at all. I would like to change the white part of the image to the blue part, but I have a gradient as an image.


I would also like to change the teal header color to the blue color and just the blue color nothing else.


And finally I would to add a floating background image in the top left hand corner just below the nav bar.

I have tried this one before but when I do I screw up the background and the image still doesn't even show. And if it does, it just barely comes through.

I need some help with all this and prefferably would like it sooner than later.
