Not displaying in Chrome and Mozilla

I just found out that there are a number of issues with how my site displays in Google Chrome and Mozilla (it works perfectly in I.E)

-The secondary category Navbar that I put in on the basis advice in this forum is not displaying correctly
-The widget columns does not display to the right but moves to the bottom of the page

Are the 2 related and any idea on the solution?
