Site suddenly fallen over in IE8 and IE7 - help!

I've been developing a site and periodically testing in old versions of IE and it's been standing up fine. It's suddenly completely fallen over and I can't work out why!

My code validates and I haven't changed that much in the last day or so. I've picked through all my changes, disabled plugins, all IE specific styles, am really stumped.

Really appreciate any advice.
