Wordpress upgrade 3.3.2. - display issues in IE

I'm having severe alignment issues with my Genesis sites since upgrading to Wordpress 3.3.2. The issues are occurring when viewed in Internet Explorer only.
Menus are misaligned and not functioning, whole sites are shifting to the left etc.
Anyone have a clue as to what is causing this?
Desperate for a quick reply please!
