CFCG - Upload/Install Issue

[Godfather]

First time I have run into this (but also the first time I have played with the Corporate theme.

When upload and activate the FCG plug-in it does show up in 'Settings' but when I click on it (to bring up the menu, I get the following). Tried delete and re-installing the plug in. Any ideas?
