Pro Member but don't see where to download themes

My original links (from a year ago) don't work any longer. I don't see where to download in the forums. I see an older post saying to go to Genesis\Child theme downloads but I don't see the links or thread. I found I had to enter a purchase code. I used the one in the email and it read it was already used. How do I found the account we used for that account a year ago or get it moved to this account?
